For cyclists, The Endurance Collective offers consultations on bike fit and follow-up appointments to ensure the bike is optimized for performance and comfort. Additionally, we offer training programs tailored to our athletes’ individual goals, whether it be for a specific race or overall improvement.
For mountainbikers, The Endurance Collective offers PMBIA trained coaching sessions focused on fundamental offroad riding skills to ensure you are having fun and riding safe.
For runners, our coaches provide general consultations to help improve form, reduce the risk of injury and optimize performance. We also offer customized training plans for individuals, ranging from beginners to experienced runners, as well as guidance on nutrition and recovery
Individual strength training sessions and group fitness classes are also available and designed to help athletes build strength, prevent injury and improve overall performance.
