Sports Massage + Physical Therapy

The Endurance Collective offers a variety of services to help athletes and fitness enthusiasts improve their performance, prevent and recover from injuries. Our massage therapy and physical therapy sessions are evidence based treatment focused. We work hard to take a systemic approach rather than focusing solely on an acute issue. All of our appointments often include movement both on and off the table. 

All of our practitioners use a combination of techniques including Myofascial Decompression, Vacuum Manual Therapy, sports massage, deep tissue, trigger point and myofascial release to target specific areas of the body that need attention and help restore efficiency of movement.

All of our performance coaches work closely with our manual therapy practitioners to make sure that you maximize the impact of your training and keep your body performing at its highest level.

Performance Coaching

The Endurance Collective performance coaching services provide comprehensive and specialized training for athletes at every level, as well as in-person and virtual strength training programs. With a focus on personalized coaching, we offer a range of services to help athletes achieve their goals.

For cyclists, The Endurance Collective offers consultations on bike fit and follow-up appointments to ensure the bike is optimized for performance and comfort. Additionally, we offer training programs tailored to our athletes’ individual goals, whether it be for a specific race or overall improvement.

For mountainbikers, The Endurance Collective offers PMBIA trained coaching sessions focused on fundamental offroad riding skills to ensure you are having fun and riding safe.

For runners, our coaches provide general consultations to help improve form, reduce the risk of injury and optimize performance. We also offer customized training plans for individuals, ranging from beginners to experienced runners, as well as guidance on nutrition and recovery

Individual strength training sessions and group fitness classes are also available and designed to help athletes build strength, prevent injury and improve overall performance.

Movement and endurance coach working with athlete

Strength Training + Movement Therapy

The Endurance Collective offers a comprehensive approach to strength training and movement therapy that aims to optimize an athlete's performance while also providing education and knowledge to ensure that the athlete can continue to improve and succeed.

We believe that it is important to apply our depth of knowledge in anatomy, physiology and biomechanics to the fusion of athlete and their equipment. 

Sessions include a full kinetic chain mobility and stability assessment and planning session. Each session is performed by a CSCS or CES and CPT certified strength trainer.
